Before we dive in

Copilot.cx is a customer experience platform tailored for the consumer electronics industry, primarily used by campaign managers and marketing experts. Our goal is to develop a feature that allows marketers to create effective campaigns with a comprehensive overview, enhancing their control.

Before Canvas

Users had to use a form to publish a campaign. They had to go through a linear flow and could not make a sequence.

Main pain points

1

Not being able to understand the end-users’ journey at a glance

2

Creating a campaign with more than one message (a sequence)

3

Not being able to jump between stages of campaign creation

Our Mission

Help users easily create effective campaigns.

The process

We started with laying all the functions in the drag and drop menu on the right. The user can create and see the entire flow for a customer in the campaign.

Making it simple

After many revisions and trying to make the canvas as intuitive and easy to use, we decided to renounce junctions of the path we thought were confusing. On top of that, we wanted to make it even easier and give the user suggestions for the next step.

Giving the user their next step meant that we don’t need the drag and drop mechanism, and the right panel was dropped.
Now creating a campaign is as effortless as it can get and we could focus on refining the visual.

Result

The complex task of creating a campaign is now simple and intuitive. Our user can understand the flow with a glance.
